Please make sure to check the below requirements before you redeem your voucher:
- You have entered the key correctly
- You logged into your steam account out of our permitted region
- You are using a proxy that carries an IP address out of our region
- Some universities/offices might block certain ports (including ports used by steam)
As for the cases mentioned above, you will receive the message "The wallet code you entered is invalid" and please try again inputting the key in the voucher within 30 minutes after the first attempt.
